My favorite form of movement is the jumping on a mini trampoline, more specifically a Health Bounce Rebounder. I can do it several times a day while I’m listening to music on my iPod, or watching TV. My special mini trampoline is also called a “Health Bounce Rebounder” because it helps prevention and recovery. However, there are also differences, not every minitrampoline is a Health Bounce Rebounder.

A typical Health Bounce Rebounder is about 40 “in diameter and 9” high. It has instead of steel springs on the sides of special rubber grommets, is safe, easy to use, and effective.
